Privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026. The short version: this is a static site, and we collect essentially nothing.
What We Collect
Almost nothing. There are no user accounts on SI Agent, no comment system, and no forms that ask for personal information — with one exception:
- Newsletter email (only if you subscribe). If we offer an email newsletter and you sign up, your email address is stored by our email provider so we can send you the newsletter. That's the only personal data we hold, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes. We don't have much to sell in the first place.
Cookies
SI Agent sets no tracking cookies of its own. We don't run analytics that follow you around the web, and we don't build profiles of our readers.
Two exceptions to be aware of:
- Affiliate links. When you click through to a vendor's site via an affiliate link, that vendor may set its own cookies to attribute the referral. Their privacy policies govern that — see our affiliate disclosure for how affiliate links work here.
- Embedded content. If a page ever embeds third-party content (such as a video), that provider may set cookies according to its own policy. We keep embeds to a minimum.
Third Parties
The only third parties that touch reader data on our behalf are:
- Our email provider (stores newsletter subscriber addresses, if you subscribe).
- Affiliate networks and vendors (receive referral information when you click an affiliate link, per their own policies).
- Our hosting provider (standard server logs — IP addresses and request metadata — retained for security and operational purposes).
Your Rights
If you subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or contact us and we'll remove your address. If you have any questions about this policy or the (very little) data we hold, the same contact page reaches us directly.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For a site that collects almost nothing, the policy shouldn't need to change often.
